the air conditioning unit was quite problematic i COULD not adjust the temperature settings. the noise was distracting, disrupting sleep i RESOLVED the issue by turning the fuse on and off, inconvenient. furthermore, the room lacked sufficient plug sockets near the bed

The staff were very helpful. They told me the hotel would pack a breakfast bag because of an early tour departure. They held onto my luggage on my last day. The woman at the reception desk was upbeat.
I noticed somebody's underwear on the balcony upon entering the room. Eventually, staff cleaned it. The air conditioner was working, but it could not be turned off or adjusted. It made a loud noise. I was directed to use the air conditioning by turning the fuse on and off.
